Organisational development has never been more important than in
times of tough economical constraints. It is so vital that
employers focus on developing their employees to ensure maximum
potential is achieved.
Unfortunately, most employers will consider the development of their employees
only in terms of sending them on a course to learn a new software
package, or formal methodology of delivering elements of their
job. They may even consider sending them to an external college
to gain a new qualification.
